Title: Video Producer “Client-facing Producer: Video and marketing projects”

FUNGI Media is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated client facing Video Producer to oversee video and marketing projects for key accounts at Fungi Media. The ideal candidate enjoys finding the right team for the job, has video producer experience and possesses extreme ownership – both in their work and overseeing the completion of other people’s work.
This role is a building block in our foundation. The successful candidate is Type-A, highly driven, proactive, deadline-focused and excited to make an impact. Key Responsibilities:
Producer/Account Management
Identify and schedule production resources (pre-production, production and post).
Communicate budgets to freelancers and manage expectations if scopes change.
Develop shoot briefs and pre-production planning documents.
Act as assistant director for video shoots as needed.
Support key client relationships by ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
Lead client calls and meetings to uncover needs, provide updates, and receive project feedback alongside the account manager.
Communicate clearly with clients, address concerns and resolve conflicts as they arise.
Oversee the delivery of projects and services to the client.
Proactively communicate deadlines, milestones and phases to clients and Fungi team.
Work with the project manager to establish priorities within Fungi to meet each specific client and project deadline.
Monitor budgets, explain costs to clients and discuss new terms as necessary.
Production coordination tasks including: creating video shoot COIs, sending call sheets and managing catering & hospitality.
Sales Support
Intake new project requests, run discovery meetings and fill out creative briefs.
Create budgets to inform scopes of work.
Work with internal creative teams to propose solutions to clients
Supporting the creation of statements of work, creative proposals and closes the sale
Contribute information and ideas to sales strategies by looking for opportunities in conversations.
Requirements/Experience/Skills:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
5-7 years as a video producer with 2-3 years of client management experience
2-3 years of project management experience in an environment with changing timelines or requirements
Content creation and video production knowledge required
Production or agency experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to self-teach new software platforms
Highly organized, attentive to detail, deadline-driven, hard-working, prepared and proactive
Verbal and written communication and customer service skills
High listening, interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
Ability to work with a variety of different people, personalities and communication styles
Ability to prioritize a constant flow of changing tasks
Work Requirements:
Full-time position (40 hrs per week)
Hours: 9 am – 5 pm

Communicate timelines, reprioritize daily and communicate changes across teams.
Oversee administrative duties related to working with contractors.
Setup and oversee projects and project management software, keeping it up to date.
Establish priorities within Fungi to meet each specific client and project deadline.
Monitor resource capacity and resolve issues as they arise.
Account Management & Producer Support
Support Account Managers and Producer as needed to communicate deadlines, milestones and phases to clients and Fungi team.
Support Account Managers and Producer as needed to work with project manager to establish priorities within Fungi to meet each specific client and project deadline.
Support Account Managers and Producer as needed to monitor budgets, explain costs to client and discuss new terms as necessary.
